2. Delivery Across Bangladesh
We aim to make THURSDAY accessible to customers throughout Bangladesh. Delivery times depend on your location, courier availability, and when your order is dispatched.
- Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, public holidays, adverse weather, and courier disruptions may affect delivery.
3. Delivery Charges

THURSDAY-এ আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, দারুণ স্টাইলের সঙ্গে দারুণ কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতাও থাকা উচিত। বাংলাদেশের সকল গ্রাহকের কাছে আপনার পছন্দের স্ট্রিটওয়্যার ও ওভারসাইজড টি-শার্ট নিরাপদে এবং নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে পৌঁছে দিতে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
১. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং
আপনার প্রতিটি অর্ডার আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের টিম আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য যাচাই করবে এবং পণ্য পাঠানোর জন্য প্রস্তুত করবে।

বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলের গ্রাহকদের কাছে THURSDAY-এর পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া আমাদের লক্ষ্য। আপনার অবস্থান, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের প্রাপ্যতা এবং পণ্য পাঠানোর সময়ের ওপর ডেলিভারির সময় নির্ভর করে।
- ঢাকার মধ্যে: পণ্য পাঠানোর পর আনুমানিক ১–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি হতে পারে।
- ঢাকার বাইরে: পণ্য পাঠানোর পর আনুমানিক ২–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি হতে পারে।
এই সময়সীমাগুলো আনুমানিক, নিশ্চিত নয়। দূরবর্তী এলাকা, সরকারি ছুটি, খারাপ আবহাওয়া অথবা কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে।
৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে অথবা ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শন করা হবে। আপনার ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং কেনাকাটার সময় প্রযোজ্য অফারের ওপর ভিত্তি করে চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৪. সঠিক ডেলিভারি তথ্য
অর্ডার করার সময় আপনার পূর্ণ নাম, সচল মোবাইল নম্বর, জেলা, এলাকা এবং সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করুন। সঠিক তথ্য পণ্য নির্বিঘ্নে পৌঁছে দিতে আমাদের সহায়তা করে।
ঠিকানা বা যোগাযোগের তথ্য পরিবর্তন করতে হলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন। পণ্য পাঠানোর পর তথ্য পরিবর্তন করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
৫. পণ্য গ্রহণ
পণ্য গ্রহণ করার জন্য আপনি অথবা আপনার অনুমোদিত কোনো ব্যক্তি যেন ঠিকানায় উপস্থিত থাকেন। ডেলিভারি সমন্বয়ের জন্য কুরিয়ার কর্মী আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া সম্ভব না হলে কুরিয়ারের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পুনরায় ডেলিভারির ব্যবস্থা করা হতে পারে।
৬. অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং ও সহায়তা
ট্র্যাকিং সুবিধা পাওয়া গেলে আমরা আপনার সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য শেয়ার করব। অর্ডারের বর্তমান অবস্থা জানতে অথবা ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যায় সহায়তা পেতে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
৭. ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব ও অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতি
সময়মতো পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করা হলেও আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি, পরিবহন সমস্যা, কুরিয়ারের কার্যক্রম অথবা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের অন্যান্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে আপনার ধৈর্য ও সহযোগিতার জন্য ধন্যবাদ।
