৪. অর্ডার ও নিশ্চিতকরণ

অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি পণ্য কেনার অনুরোধ করছেন। অর্ডার যাচাইয়ের জন্য আমরা আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি। পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ থাকা, ভুল তথ্য বা পেমেন্ট-সংক্রান্ত সমস্যার কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে। পেমেন্ট নেওয়া হয়ে থাকলে প্রযোজ্য রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

৬. রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড

পণ্য ফেরত, পরিবর্তন বা অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধ আমাদের Refund and Return Policy অনুযায়ী বিবেচনা করা হবে। অর্ডার করার আগে নীতিমালাটি পড়ে নিন। প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী আপনার অধিকার অক্ষুণ্ণ থাকবে।

৭. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

৮. মেধাস্বত্ব
